New Year Countdown

So it's the new year's eve now, and I really want to see the fireworks at Taipei 101 from the best angle, but DJ does not want to. Nor does he want to go anywhere exciting or full of revelling crowds, like bars or new year celebration events. Tonight we are going to watch the fireworks on top of a building where the view of the fireworks will be blocked by smokes. Well... it's still better to count down with your loved one....

Christmas Day

It's Christmas Day today, and I have a day off, but DJ doesn't. I decided to go to the gym in the morning for a 30-min jog, and then in the afternoon for a 50-min training on my biceps. It's the first time I tried working out like this, aerobiccs in the morning and weight training in the afternoon. It was nice though.

Taipei 101 from the Elephant Mountain

Well, Taipei 101 looks even more sublime from high above. Don't you think? Unfortunately, DJ refused to walk even higher with me so I had to stop hiking the Elephant Mountain at some point by myself and took this beautiful picture. You can even see Shinkong Building in the far end and the Far Easter Plaze Hotel on the left side.

Imagine how nice it would be if DJ and I could watch the fireworks at this very spot on News Year's Eve. Superbe!

naming of the blog

I am not rushed with adrenaline.
I name the blog "Double Adrenaline" only because my English name+family name was once mistaken as "adrenaline," and the name "adrenaline" has been taken. I therefore add a Double to it to make it sound even stronger.
